What to expect when we arrive
Most visits are 1–3 hours depending on the size of your home and the services you choose.
- Friendly knock or text when we arrive.
- Quick walkthrough to confirm the plan and access points.
- Equipment placed carefully around landscaping and surfaces.
- Respectful noise levels and tidy work area.
Typical visit timeline
- First 15 minutes: Arrival, walkthrough, set-up.
- Middle of visit: Active cleaning—windows, surfaces, or gutters depending on your services.
- Last 15 minutes: Final checks, cleanup, and walkthrough with you.
A quick prep checklist
Not required—but if you want the smoothest visit possible, these small steps help a lot.
- Make sure we can access gates, driveways, and walkways.
- Unlock any side gates we’ll need to pass through.
- Move fragile items away from window sills and ledges.
- Keep pets indoors or in a safe area while we’re working.
